The Crag Business Group helped us attain our Medicare Certification initially. After going through a very bad Director of Nursing in our agency we felt that the agency had lost it's clear sense of direction that The Crag created so we brought them back in to re-build our agency to what it was when they left the first time. In one week our agency was back on track with a fully trained Director who now shares the agency vision.
